The infrared camera measures and images the emitted infrared radiation from an object. The fact that radiation is a function of object surface temperature makes it possible for the camera to calculate and display this temperature.

The camera system features a laser pointer, a 2.5" color LCD, an IR lens, a removable battery and a range of accessories that make its use very easy.
The camera is calibrated using radiation sources that are traceable to National Standards at the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute, or to NIST, National Institute of Standards and Technology, (USA).


The camera can have a big range of use such as electrical installations, buildings for thermal insulation, etc.

ThermaCAM™ is a powerful, yet easy-to-use software for downloading images from an infrared camera to a laptop or desktop PC,and to remotely capturing images in the infrared camera. ThermaCAM™ QuickView can be regarded as a simple report generator in an infrared inspection workflow that starts with capturing the infrared images. It can also be regarded as a junction point between infrared images and advanced infrared reports, such as reports generated from ThermaCAM Reporter 7.0.
